Install solution:

This adapter is made to retro-fit most like-size T8 fittings

1.  Disconnect power supply and allow time for the tube to cool down

2.  Remove old tube  ( twist out )

3. Remove starter unit  ( twist out ) 

4. Insert the adapter & T5 tube  ( twist in ) securely & the task is then completed

5. Dispose of old tube per EPA regulations for same
